DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 19 AUGUST 2026, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF KASIBU, PROVINCE OF NUEVA VIZCAYA

WHEREAS, on 19 August 2026, Wednesday, the Municipality of Kasibu, Province of Nueva Vizcaya will mark the celebration of the Citrus Festival;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Kasibu be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, RALPH G. RECTO, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Wednesday, 19 August 2026, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Kasibu, Province of Nueva Vizcaya.ℒαwρhi৷
