MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ PROCLAMATION NO. 1362, July 21, 2026 ] DECLARING MONDAY, 10 AUGUST 2026, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF GUMACA, PROVINCE OF QUEZON WHEREAS, on 10 August 2026, Monday, the Municipality of Gumaca, Province of Quezon will commemorate the birth of Lorenzo M. Tañada Sr.; WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Gumaca be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and honor the memory of Senator Lorenzo M. Tañada Sr.; NOW, THEREFORE, I, RALPH G. RECTO, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R.
