Begun and held in Metro Manila, on Monday, the twenty-seventh day of July, two thousand fifteen.

[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 10776, May 03, 2016 ]

AN ACT DECLARING MAY 8 OF EVERY YEAR AS HERMOSA DAY AND A SPECIAL WORKING HOLIDAY AND NO CLASS DAY IN SCHOOLS IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF HERMOSA, PROVINCE OF BATAAN

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1. May 8 of every year is hereby declared as Hermosa Day and a special working holiday and no class day in schools in the Municipality of Hermosa, Province of Bataan.

Section 2. For work performed on a special working holiday, an employee is entitled to his/her regular wage.ℒαwρhi৷

Section 3. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazetter or in a newspaper of general circulation.
