[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8592, March 12, 1998 ]

AN ACT ESTABLISHING A HIGH SCHOOL IN BARANGAY NEW BUSUANGA, MUNICIPALITY OF BUSUANGA, PALAWAN, TO BE KNOWN AS NEW BUSUANGA NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1. There shall be established, under the supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports, a national high school in Barangay New Busuanga, Municipality of Busuanga, and Palawan, to be known as the New Busuanga National High School.

Section 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.

Section 3. The Department of Education, Culture and Sports shall promulgate the necessary rules and regulations for the effective implementation of this Act.

Section 4. This Act shall take effect immediately upon its approval.Ꮮαwρhi৷
