[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8540, February 23, 1998 ]

AN ACT ESTABLISHING A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN BARANGAY SAN JOSE, MUNICIPALITY OF OSMENA, PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL NORTE, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1. There shall be established in Barangay San Jose, Municipality of Osmeņa, Province of Zamboanga Del Norte, a national high school to be known as the San Jose National High School.

Section 2. The San Jose National High School shall be under the supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports.

Section 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.

Section 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
