[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7027, May 27, 1991 ]

AN ACT ESTABLISHING A VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN BARANGAY GENERAL LUNA, MUNICIPALITY OF BAROTAC VIEJO, PROVINCE OF ILOILO, TO BE KNOWN AS THE GENERAL LUNA VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1. There shall be established a vocational high school in Barangay General Luna, Municipality of Barotac Viejo, Province of Iloilo, to be known as the General Luna Vocational High School.1âшphi1

Section 2. The Secretary of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act.

Section 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act is hereby authorized to be appropriated in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.

Section 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
