[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 908, June 20, 1953 ]

AN ACT CONVERTING THE BULACAN TRADE SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MALOLOS, PROVINCE OF BULACAN, INTO A NATIONAL TRADE SCHOOL, TO BE KNOWN AS THE BULACAN NATIONAL TRADE SCHOOL, AND TO AUTHORIZE THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS FOR THE PURPOSE.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1. The Bulacan Trade School in the municipality of Malolos, Province of Bulacan, is hereby converted into national trade school of the Philippine School of Arts and Trades type, to be known as the Bulacan National Trade School. The said school shall be under the supervision of the Bureau of Public Schools and subject to the provisions of the School Law. Courses of collegiate and secondary levels shall be offered in the said school.1a⍵⍴h!1

Section 2. The sum of one hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in thy National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the expenses of the said school during the fiscal year ending June thirty, nineteen hundred and fifty-four. Thereafter, the necessary funds for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the Annual General Appropriation Acts.

Section 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
