ACT APPROPRIATING ADDITIONAL FUNDS FOR THE ARMED FORCES OF THE PHILIPPINES DURING THE PERIOD FROM SEPTEMBER FIRST, NINETEEN HUNDRED AND FIFTY TO JUNE THIRTIETH, NINETEEN HUNDRED AND FIFTY-ONE.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1. The following sums, or so much thereof as may be necessary, arc appropriated out of any funds in the Philippine Treasury not otherwise appropriated as additional funds for the Armed Forces of the Philippines during the period from September first, nineteen hundred and fifty to June thirtieth, nineteen hundred and fifty-one:

L. - DEPARTMENT OF NATIONAL DEFENSE

IV. - SPECIAL PURPOSE

6a. For additional subsistence of troops assigned in active field operations at P1 per day: Provided, That no portion of this appropriation shall be transferred to any other item P6,500,000.00

VI. - SPECIAL PROVISION
1. No appropriation in this Act shall be transferred from one command to another.
