LABRADOR, J.:

Upon considering the motion for reconsideration filed by petitioner and it appearing that the obligations imposed upon respondent Eugenio S. Baltao by the judgment were complied with by said Baltao only after a court order, the motion to reconsider the grant of costs against petitioner is hereby granted and the decision is, with respect to the grant of costs to respondent Baltao, set aside.
