MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ PROCLAMATION NO. 444, January 12, 2024 ] DECLARING SATURDAY, 03 FEBRUARY 2024, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF BIÑAN, PROVINCE OF LAGUNA WHEREAS, on 03 February 2024, Saturday, the City of Biñan, Province of Laguna will mark the celebration of its 79th Liberation Day; WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Biñan be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration; NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P.
