DECLARING FRIDAY, 16 FEBRUARY 2024, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF BAYAWAN, PROVINCE OF NEGROS ORIENTAL

WHEREAS, the City of Bayawan, Province of Negros Oriental will mark the celebration of the Tawo-Tawo Festival on 18 February 2024;

WHEREAS, to enable the people of the City of Bayawan to fully participate in the occasion, the Sangguniang Panlungsod requested that 16 February 2024, Friday, be declared as a special (non-working) day in lieu of 18 February 2024 which falls on a Sunday;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Bayawan be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Friday, 16 Friday 2024, a special (non-working) day in the City of Bayawan, Province of Negros Oriental.1aшphi1
