DECLARING FRIDAY, 22 DECEMBER 2023, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF BAYAWAN, PROVINCE OF NEGROS ORIENTAL

WHEREAS, on 23 December 2023, Saturday, the City of Bayawan, Province of Negros Oriental will mark the celebration of its 23rd Charter Anniversary;

WHEREAS, to enable the people of the City of Bayawan to fully participate in the occasion, the Sangguniang Panlungsod of Bayawan requested that 22 December 2023, Friday, be declared as a special (non-working) day in lieu of 23 December 2023 which falls on a Saturday;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Bayawan to be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Friday, 22 December 2023, a special (non-working) day in the City of Bayawan, Province of Negros Oriental.1aшphi1
