DECLARING MONDAY, 13 NOVEMBER 2023, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PANTUKAN, PROVINCE OF DAVAO DE ORO

WHEREAS, the Municipality of Pantukan, Province of Davao de Oro will be celebrating its 86th Founding Anniversary and the 21st PASAKA Festival on 13 November 2023;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Pantukan to be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Monday, 13 November 2023, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Pantukan, Province of Davao de Oro.1aшphi1
