DECLARING TUESDAY, 05 DECEMBER 2023, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF PALAYAN, PROVINCE OF NUEVA ECIJA

WHEREAS, on 05 December 2023, Thuesday, the City of Palayan, Province of Neuva Ecija, will mark the celebration of its 58th Foundation Day;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Palayan to be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Tuesday, 05 December 2023, a special (non-working) day in the City of Palayan, Province of Nueva Ecija.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
