DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 15 NOVEMBER 2023, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN JOSE, PROVINCE OF DINAGAT ISLANDS

WHEREAS, on 15 November 2023, Wednesday, the Municipality of San Jose, Province of Dinagat Islands will mark the celebration of its 34th Charter Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of San Jose to be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR.,  do hereby declare Wednesday, 15 November 2023, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of San Jose, Province of Dinagat Islands.
