DECLARING THURSDAY, 05 OCTOBER 2023, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF STA. CRUZ, PROVINCE OF DAVAO DEL SUR

WHEREAS, on 05 October 2023, Thursday, the Municipality of Sta. Cruz, Province of Davao del Sur will mark the celebration of its 139th Founding Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Sta. Cruz be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R,. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Thursday, 05 October 2023, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Sta. Cruz, Province of Davao del Sur.
