DECLARING FRIDAY, 17 NOVEMBER 2023, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CARMEN, PROVINCE OF SURIGAO DEL SUR

WHEREAS, on 17 November 2023, Friday, the Municipality of Carmen, Province of Surigao del Sur wil mark the celebration of its Founding Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Carmen be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R,. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Friday, 17 November 2023, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Carmen, Province of Surigao del Sur.
