DECLARING FRIDAY, 15 SEPTEMBER 2023, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITIES OF BOMBON, CANAMAN, CALABANGA, CAMALIGAN, GAINZA, LIBMANAN, MAGARAO, MILAOR, MINALABAC, OCAMPO, PASACAO, PAMPLONA, PILI, SAN FERNANDO, AND BULA

WHEREAS, Proclamation No. 654 dated 25 September 2013 which amended Proclamation No. 776, s. 1991 declared every Friday immediately preceding the feast of Our Lady of Peñafrancia as a special day in the City of Naga;

WHEREAS, considering the significant economic, cultural and historical ties between Naga City and its beighboring municipalities, the inclusion of the Municipalities of Bombon, Canaman, Calabanga, Camaligan, Gainza, Libmanan, Magarao, Milaor, Minalabac, Ocampo, Pasacao, Pamplona, Pili, San Fernando, and Bula in the coverage of the Peñafrancia Festival would bring immense benefits to their communities.1aшphi1

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R,. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Friday, 15 September 2023, a special (non-working) day inthe Municipalities of Bombon, Canaman, Calabanga, Camaligan, Gainza, Libmanan, Magarao, Milaor, Minalabac, Ocampo, Pasacao, Pamplona, Pili, San Fernando, and Bula.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
