DECLARING FRIDAY, 25 AUGUST 2023, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF ILOILO

WHEREAS, on 25 August 2023, Friday, the City of Iloilo will mark the celebration of its 86th Charter Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Iloilo be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration; 

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R,. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Friday, 25 August 2023, a special (non-working) day in the City of Iloilo.
