DECLARING SATURDAY, 01 JULY 2023, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF DIPOLOG, PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL NORTE

WHEREAS, on 01 July 2023, Saturday, the City of Sipolog, Province of Zamboanga del Norte will mark the celebration of its 110th Founding Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Dipolog be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration.£A⩊phi£

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR.,    President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Saturday, 01 July 2023, a special (non-working) day in the City of Dipolog..
