DECLARING THURSDAY, 24 AUGUST 2023, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF CATBALOGAN, PROVINCE OF SAMAR

WHEREAS, on 24 August 2023, Thursday, the City of Catbalogan, Province of Samar will mark the celebration of the Manaragat Festival;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Catbalogan be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration.£A⩊phi£

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR.,    President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Thursday, 24 August 2023, a special (non-working) day in the City of Catbalogan.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
