DECLARING FRIDAY, 23 JUNE 2023, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF MASBATE

WHEREAS, on 23 June 2023, Saturday, the Province of Masbate will mark the celebration of its Bagat-Dagat Festival;

WHEREAS, to enable the people of the Province of Masbate to fully particpate in the occasion, the Office of the Governor requested that 23 June 2023, Friday, be declared as a special (non-working) day in lieu of 24 June 2023 which falls on a Saturday;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Masbate given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR.,    do hereby declare Friday, 23 June 2023, a special (non-working) day in the Province of Masbate.(awÞhi(
