DECLARING FRIDAY, 21 APRIL 2023, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF TARLAC, PROVINCE OF TARLAC

WHEREAS, the City of Tarlac, Province of Tarlac will mark the celebration of its 25th Charter Anniversary on 19 April 2023

WHEREAS, to enable the people of the City of Tarlac to celebrate and participate in the occasion, the Office of the Mayor requested that 21 April 2023, Friday, as a special (non-working) day in lieu of 19 April 2023 which falls on a Wednesday;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Tarlac be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS JR., do hereby declare Friday, 21 April 2023, a special (non-working) day in the City of Tarlac.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
