DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 01 FEBRUARY 2023, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF CAMARINES NORTE

WHEREAS, Republic Act (RA) No. 11445, amending RA No. 9090, declared February 1st of every year as Jose Maria Panganiban Day, in recognition of his sacrifices and fight for humanitarian reforms for the country;

WHEREAS, on 01 February 2023, Wednesday, the Province of Camarines Norte will mark the celebration of the 133rd birth anniversary of Dr. Jose Maria Panganiban;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Camarines Norte be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Wednesday, 01 February 2023, a special (non-working) day in the Province of Camarines Norte.
