PROCLAMATION No. 1169

DECLARING FRIDAY, 4 DECEMBER 2015, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF M’LANG, PROVINCE OF COTABATO

WHEREAS, the Municipality of M’lang, Province of Cotabato will celebrate the “Kawayanan Festival” on Friday, 4 December 2015;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of M’lang, Province of Cotabato be given full opportunity to participate and celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA, JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Friday, 4 December 2015, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of M’lang, Province of Cotabato.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
