DECLARING THURSDAY, 1 DECEMBER 2011, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CAINTA, PROVINCE OF RIZAL

WHEREAS, the Municipality of Cainta, Rizal marks the celebration of its town fiesta on Thursday, 1 December 2011;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Cainta, Rizal be given full opportunity to participate in and celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.ℒαwρhi৷

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Thursday, 1 December 2011, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Cainta, Province of Rizal.
