RESERVING CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN BARANGAY BONUAN GUESET, CITY OF DAGUPAN, PROVINCE OF PANGASINAN, ISLAND OF LUZON, FOR MILITARY SITE PURPOSES AND DECLARING THE SAME AS NAVAL RESERVATION
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from any sale or any form of disposition or settlement and reserve for military purposes (Naval Reservation), under the administration of the Department of National Defense, certain parcels of land of the public domain subject to private rights, if any there be, situated in Barangay Bonuan Gueset, City of Dagupan, Province of Pangasinan, island of Luzon, which parcels of land are more particularly described as follows:
