RESERVING A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN POBLACION, MUNICIPALITY OF KIBUNGAN, PROVINCE OF BENGUET, ISLAND OF LUZON FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES OF KIBUNGAN NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and by the virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from entry, sale, disposition or settlement and reserved for school site purposes of Kibungan National High School under the administration of the Department of Education, a certain parcel of land of the public domain containing an area of SIX THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED SIXTY TWO (6,562) SQUARE METERS, more or less, situated in Poblacion, Municipality of Kibungan, Province of Benguet, Island of Luzon, subject to private rights, if any there be, which parcel of land is now particularly described as follows:

The tract of land herein reserved shall be non-alienable and shall not be subject to occupation, entry, sale, lease or other disposition until again declared as alienable through Proclamation by the President.
