[ Proclamation No. 351, March 30, 1994 ]

DECLARING SATURDAY, APRIL 2, 1994, AS A SPECIAL DAY THROUGHOUT THE COUNTRY

WHEREAS, April 2, 1994, falls on Saturday between Good Friday and Easter Sunday;

WHEREAS, the said day, April 2, 1994, may be declared a special day without detriment to public service to allow our people uninterrupted opportunity to observe and ponder on the significance of the Lenten season;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Saturday, April 2, 1994, a special day throughout the country.
