FURTHER EXTENDING THE NATIONAL FUND CAMPAIGN PERIOD OF THE TEODORO F. VALENCIA FOUNDATION, INC. UP TO JUNE 20, 1991

WHEREAS, the Teodoro F. Valencia Foundation, Inc., was last authorized under Proclamation No. 419 dated 13 June 1989 to conduct a national fund campaign up to 20 June 1990;

WHEREAS, the Teodoro F. Valencia Foundation, Inc., still needs additional time to raise more funds for its laudable goal;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby further extend the national fund campaign period of the Teodoro F. Valencia Foundation, Inc., up to 20 June 1991.

For this purpose, all donations, bequests, gifts received by the Teodoro F. Valencia Foundation, Inc., for the implementation of its programs and activities shall be free from all forms of taxes and shall be deductible in full from the income of the donor for purposes of computing his income tax liability, subject to the pertinent provisions of the National Internal Revenue Code, as amended.
