DECLARING SATURDAY, JANUARY 6, 1990, AS “TOLEDO CITY DAY”

WHEREAS, the 30th Charter Anniversary of the City of Toledo falls on January 6, 1990; and

WHEREAS, it is fitting that the residents of the City of Toledo be given ample opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Saturday, January 6, 1990, as “Toledo City Day”. The day, however, shall be a regular working and school day.1aшphi1
