FURTHER EXTENDING THE NATIONAL EDUCATIONAL, MEMBERSHIP AND FUND CAMPAIGN PERIOD OF THE PHILIPPINE CANCER SOCIETY, INC., UP TO SEPTEMBER 4, 1990

WHEREAS, under Proclamation No. 327, series of 1988, the Philippine Cancer Society, Inc., was last authorized to conduct a national educational, membership and fund campaign during the period from September 4, 1988 to September 4, 1989; and

WHEREAS, the Philippine Cancer Society, Inc., needs additional time to enable it to raise more funds to attain its laudable goal;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of powers vested in me by law, do hereby extend the national educational, membership and fund campaign of the Philippine Cancer Society, Inc., until September 4, 1990.

All donations, bequests, gifts received by the Philippine Cancer Society, Inc. for the implementation of its programs and activities shall be free from all form of taxes and shall be deductible in full from the income of the donor for purposes of computing his income tax liability, subject to the pertinent provisions of Section 94(a) (3) and (b) and 29(h) (2) (c) (i) of the National Internal Revenue Code, as amended.
