GRANTING THE TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP TO THE FOOD TERMINAL INCORPORATED (FORMERLY THE GREATER MANILA TERMINAL FOOD MARKET) CERTAIN PARCELS OF THE LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF TAGUIG, METRO MANILA.
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, do hereby grant the transfer of ownership to the Food Terminal Incorporated (formerly the Greater Manila Terminal Food Market) of the parcels of land reserved for its use under Proclamation No. 347, series of 1963, as amended by Proclamation No. 467, series of 1968, which are more particularly described as follows:
A PARCEL OF LAND (Swo-13-000540), portion of Parcel 3, Psu-2031); situated in the Barrio of Bicutan, Municipality of Taguig, Province of Rizal.
