EXTENDING THE NATIONAL CAMPAIGN PERIOD OF THE ALAY SA KAWAL FOUNDATION, INC. UP TO AUGUST 15, 1990

WHEREAS, the Alay sa Kawal Foundation, Inc., was authorized under Proclamation No. 307, dated August 15, 1988, to conduct a national fund campaign for the period from August 15, 1988 to August 15, 1989; and

WHEREAS, the Foundation needs additional time to raise more funds for the continuity of its projects and programs for the enlisted personnel and non-commissioned officers of the Armed Forces of the Philippines, and their families;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby extend the national fund campaign period of the Alay sa Kawal Foundation, Inc., up to August 15, 1990.
