RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES A PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF KORONADAL, PROVINCE OF SOUTH COTABATO
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and pursuant to Section 18 of Presidential Decree No. 705, otherwise known as the Revised Forestry Code of the Philippines, amended, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the power vested in me by law, do hereby declare as Civil Reservation for school site of the Salkan Elementary School, a certain parcel of land of the public domain located in the Municipality of Koronadal, Province of South Cotabato, containing an area of approximately 3.5 hectares, as shown and described as follows:
Beginning at a point Corner “1” which is approximately S. 22 deg. E., 150 meters from Corner 39 of Project No. 44-E, Alienable or Disposable per LC-1681.1aшphi1

1. The administration and management of the area covered by the reservation shall be jointly under the Department of Education, Culture and Sports and the Department of Environment and Natural Resources. For this purpose, a five-year development plan shall be submitted to the Office of the President of the Philippines by the Teacher-In-Charge of the Salkan Elementary School within one year from the approval hereof, furnishing the Department of Environment and Natural Resources and the Forest Management Bureau copies thereof.
2. The extraction and utilization of forest products remaining in the area shall be subject to Forest and Internal Revenue Laws and Regulations.
3. In the event that the area is no longer needed for the purpose stated, or its development has already been abandoned for a period of two (2) years, this proclamation is automatically withdrawn, revoked or cancelled and the subject area regains its original status as part and parcel of the forest land.
