DECLARING SATURDAY, DECEMBER 2, 1989, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN PASAY CITY

WHEREAS, Saturday, December 2, 1989, marks the 42nd Foundation Anniversary of Pasay City; and

WHEREAS, the people of Pasay City desire to celebrate, with fitting ceremonies, this milestone in the history of their city;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Saturday, December 2, 1989, as a special day in Pasay City.1aшphi1
