MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 481, October 18, 1989 ] REVOKING PROCLAMATION NO. 350 DATED 25 NOVEMBER 1988 WHICH REVOKED PROCLAMATION NO. 1101 DATED 16 JANUARY 1973, AND REESTABLISHING THE LEYTE REGIONAL PRISON (LRP) UNDER THE SAME TERMS AND CONDITIONS AS THOSE UNDER PROCLAMATION NO. 1101, SUPRA Upon recommendation of the Director of Prisons and with the concurrence of the Secretary of Justice and the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, do hereby revoke Proclamation No. 350 dated 25 November 1988 and reestablish the Leyte Regional Prison situated in Abuyog, Leyte, under the same terms and conditions as those under Proclamation No. 1101 dated 16 January 1973.
