EXTENDING THE NATIONAL FUND CAMPAIGN PERIOD OF THE PHILIPPINE SPECIAL OLYMPICS FOUNDATION INC. UP TO AUGUST 15, 1990.

WHEREAS, the Philippine Special Olympics Foundation, Inc. (PSOFI) was authorized under Proclamation No. 308, dated August 15, 1988, to conduct a national fund campaign for the period from August 15, 1988 to August 15, 1989; and

WHEREAS, the PSOFI needs additional time to raise more funds for its laudable goal;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby extend the national fund campaign period of the Philippine Special Olympics Foundation, Inc. up to August 15, 1990.1aшphi1

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
