EXTENDING THE NATIONAL EDUCATIONAL AND FUND CAMPAIGN PERIOD OF THE LEUKEMIA FOUNDATION OF THE PHILIPPINES, INC., TO FEBRUARY 28, 1990

WHEREAS, the Leukemia Foundation of the Philippines, Inc., was authorized under Proclamation No. 272, dated June 20, 1988, to conduct a national educational and fund campaign for the period August 1, 1988 to August 1, 1989; and

WHEREAS, the Leukemia Foundation of the Philippines, Inc., needs additional time to raise more funds for its laudable goal;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby extend the national educational and fund campaign period of the Leukemia Foundation of the Philippines, Inc., up to February 28, 1990.
