DECLARING THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 7, 1989, AS “CAVITE CITY DAY” IN CAVITE CITY

WHEREAS, Thursday, September 7, 1989, marks the 49th anniversary of the charter day of Cavite City; and

WHEREAS, there is a need to focus public attention on the accomplishments and progress of the City so as to stimulate the interest, cooperation and participation of the residents therein;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Thursday, September 7, 1989, as “Cavite City Day” in Cavite City, a regular working and school day.
