[ Proclamation No. 454, August 24, 1989 ]

DECLARING THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 7, 1989, AS “CITY OF BAIS DAY” IN BAIS CITY

WHEREAS, Thursday, September 7, 1989 marks the 21st anniversary of the City Charter of Bais City; and

WHEREAS, the people of Bais City should be afforded the opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their city’s history with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Thursday, September 7, 1989 as “Bais City Day” in Bais City. The day, however, shall be a regular working and school day.
