RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN BARANGAY KATIPUNAN, MUNICIPALITY OF STO. NIÑO, PROVINCE OF SOUTH COTABATO, ISLAND OF MINDANAO
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale and settlement and reserve for school site purposes under the administration of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports, subject to private rights, if there be any, certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in Barangay Katipunan, Municipality of Sto. Niño, Province of South Cotabato, Island of Mindanao and more particularly describe as follows:

A parcel of land, Lot 4991, Cad. 409 identical to Lot 56, Ts-322 situated in Barangay Katipunan, Municipality of Sto. Niño, Province of South Cotabato, Island of Mindanao. Bounded on the North along lines 1-2, 2-3, 3-4, by road; on the East along line 4-5 by road; on the South along lines 5-6, 6-7, 7-8 by road; on the West along line 8-1 by road.
