RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED AT THE BARRIO OF RUPARAN, MUNICIPALITY OF DIGOS, PROVINCE OF DAVAO DEL SUR, ISLAND OF MINDANAO

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources, and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school site purposes of the Ruparan Elementary School, under the administration of the Secretary of Education, Culture and Sports, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated at the Barrio of Ruparan, Municipality of Digos, Province of Davao del Sur, Island of Mindanao, which is more particularly described as follows: casia

Bounded on the SW., along lines 1-2-3 by Road; on the NW., along line 3-4 by Lot 1857, Cad-275, on the NE and SE., along lines 4-5-6-1 by Lot 1803, Cad-275, Sta. Cruz Cadastre. Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan being S. 30-26’W., 462.84 M from BLLM-23, Cad-275, Sta. Cruz Cadastre.
