RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN BARANGAY GABI, MUNICIPALITY OF COMPOSTELA, PROVINCE OF DAVAO DEL NORTE, ISLAND OF MINDANAO

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement, and reserve for school site purposes of Gabi Barangay High School under the administration of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in Barangay Gabi, Municipality of Compostela, Province of Davao del Norte, Island of Mindanao, and more particularly described as follows, to wit:

A PARCEL OF LAND, Lot No. 6232, Ts-283, situated in Gabi, Compostela, Davao del Norte, Island of Mindanao. Bounded on the Northeast along lines 5-6, 6-7 and 7-8 by road (15.00 m. wide); on the Southeast along lines 8-9 and 9-1 by Road (10.00 m. wide); on the Southwest along lines 1-2, 2-3 and 3-4 by Road and on the Northwest along lines 4-5 by Road (10.00 m. wide). Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan, being N. 47 deg. 32’E., 538.93 m. from BLLM No. 2, Pls-2.
