RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED AT BARANGAY MALABBAC, MUNICIPALITY OF IGUIG, PROVINCE OF CAGAYAN, ISLAND OF LUZON, PHILIPPINES

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement, and reserve for school site purposes of the Malabbac Elementary School, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated at Barangay Malabbac, Municipality of Iguig, Province of Cagayan, and more particularly described as follows, to wit:

A parcel of land Lot 442, Pls-601-D situated at Malabbac, Municipality of Iguig, Province of Cagayan, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the SW along line 1-2 by Lot 438, line 2-3 by Lot 436; on the NW along line 3-4 by Road; on the NE along line 5-6 by a Feeder Road; on the SE along lines 6-7-8 by Lot 441; on the SW along line 8-1 by Lot 439, Pls-601-D, Iguig, Cagayan. Beginning at a point marked “1” of plan being S 11 deg. 14’E, 3507.92 m. from BLLM # 1, Pls-601-D, Iguig, Cagayan.
