RESERVING FOR BARANGAY HALL SITES PURPOSES A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN BARANGAY MASILI, MUNICIPALITY OF CALAMBA, PROVINCE OF LAGUNA, ISLAND OF LUZON

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources, and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for barangay hall site purposes subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in Barangay Masili, Municipality of Calamba, Province of Laguna, Island of Luzon, and more particularly described, as follows:

Bounded on the NW., along line 1-2 by Laguna De Bay; on the NE., along line 2-3 by property of Victoria De Ang; on the SE., along 3-4-5 by Barangay Road (10.00 M. Wide); or the SW., along line 5-1 by property of Ciriaco Silvestre, Lot 1, Gss-872-D. Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan being S. 51 deg. 17’E., 4,931.52 M. from BLLM. 1, Cad-154, Calamba Cadastre.
