RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN BARANGAY TALOMO RIVER, DISTRICT OF CALINAN, DAVAO CITY, ISLAND OF MINDANAO
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement, and reserve for school site purposes under the administration of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in Barangay Talomo River, District of Calinan, Davao City, Island of Mindanao, and more particularly described as follows, to wit:

(QUIRINO ELEMENTARY SCHOOL SITE)
A PARCEL OF LAND, Lot No. 44, Psd-34109, situated in Barangay Talomo River, District of Calinan, Davao City, Island of Mindanao. Bounded on the Northeast, Southeast and East along lines 4-5, 5-1 and 1-2 by Lot 18 of the subdivision plan Psd-34109 and on the Southwest and Northwest along lines 2-3 and 3-4 by road. Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan being N. 67 deg. 44’W., 1,002.00 m. from BLLM 39, Guianga, Cad. 174.
