EXTENDING THE NATIONAL FUND CAMPAIGN PERIOD OF THE GOODWILL INDUSTRIES OF THE PHILIPPINES, INC. UP TO DECEMBER 31, 1989

WHEREAS, the Goodwill Industries of the Philippines, Inc. was authorized under Proclamation No. 309, dated August 23, 1988, to conduct a national fund campaign up to August 23, 1989; and

WHEREAS, the Goodwill Industries of the Philippines, Inc. needs additional time to raise more funds for its laudable goal;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby extend the national fund campaign period of the Goodwill Industries of the Philippines, Inc. up to December 31, 1989.1aшphi1

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
