DECLARING TUESDAY, JUNE 20, 1989, AS “DAGUPAN CITY DAY”

WHEREAS, Tuesday, June 20, 1989, marks the 42nd Foundation Anniversary of Dagupan City; and

WHEREAS, the people of Dagupan City wish to celebrate with fitting ceremonies this milestone in their city’s history;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Tuesday, June 20, 1989, as “Dagupan City Day” in Dagupan City. The day, however, shall be a regular working and school day.
