EXTENDING THE NATIONAL FUND CAMPAIGN PERIOD OF THE TEODORO F. VALENCIA FOUNDATION, INC. UP TO JUNE 20, 1990

WHEREAS, the Teodoro F. Valencia Foundation, Inc. was authorized to conduct a national fund campaign up to June 20, 1989; and

WHEREAS, the said Foundation needs more time to conduct its fund drive to enable it to better realize its objective;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby extend the national fund campaign period of the Teodoro F. Valencia Foundation, Inc. up to June 20, 1990.
